Founded in 1967, the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County is a not-for-profit organization whose members believe in the Team approach to estate planning and participate in opportunities to deepen their relationships and skills.

We are a membership council of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). Our partnership with NAEPC provides our members with a Code of Ethics, a national network of estate planners, specialized education, and the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) professional designation.

Our members include attorneys-at-law, certified financial planners, certified public accountants, chartered life underwriters, and trust officers who either reside in or have a place of business in Westchester County, New York. 


Sponsorship of the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County is available. 

Sponsorship is on an annual basis and will cover the following upcoming meetings:

  • November 18, 2026 - Estate Planning Summit
